New Year, New Batteries

It’s a new year. Do you remember the last time you changed the batteries in your smoke detector or carbon monoxide detector? I don’t. This year it’s a goal resolution of ours to be more on top of things. Batteries are one of those things you don’t think about until they’re no longer doing their job. So, this is your friendly reminder to swap out or at least test the batteries in your home’s smoke detector to ensure they’ll be doing their job when you need it most.

This translates to pennies a year being spent to keep you safe AND you don’t have to remember to change them out year after year.
