Read below carefully before placing any orders! 

Payment Policy:

Placing your order with payment reserves your spot on my schedule. No orders will be begun or completed without payment. Your date is not reserved until you place an order with payment. 

When you place your order, PLEASE ensure that the shipping address is correct. Once the order is fulfilled, there cannot be any changes. 

Processing Times:

Most items from the shop will ship within 2-3 weeks.

All apparel and mug orders are made to order and ships within 5-7 business days..

Shipping Policy:

We use USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) + First Class (3-7 business days)  Large items may also be shipped using FedEx or UPS Home delivery. 

MillionAyres is not responsible for undelivered, misdelivered mail due to an incorrect address. Please be sure to accurately input your delivery information. 

International Shipping Policy:

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Refund Policy:

Please contact us if you have any issues with your order, we will work our hardest to solve the problem. If your item was damaged in transit, a replacement request must occur within 3 days of delivery. You MUST also send photo evidence of the item as well as the packaging if possible. We will then send a replacement as soon as possible (US Only). For any international orders, we will be happy to cover the cost of the mug, but you are responsible for paying the extra shipping.

Returns and exchanges

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Apparel that has been worn
  • Digital downloads
  • Items on sale

Once the item has been passed to USPS, FedEx or UPS, MillionAyres is not longer responsible for lost or stolen items. If your item is lost in transit or if it says delivered but you did not receive it, it is the customer’s responsibility to file as claim with USPS.
